1. Subscription Plans

SILIKAZI offers subscription-based access to premium features. Plan pricing and features are displayed within the application and on our website.

Subscriptions may be billed:

Billing occurs in advance for the selected subscription period.

Unless cancelled before the renewal date, subscriptions renew automatically for the same subscription period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period.

Google Play Purchases

Refunds for purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google Play’s refund policies.

App Store Purchases

Refunds for purchases made through Apple are subject to Apple’s refund policies.

Direct Website Purchases

For subscriptions purchased directly from SILIKAZI:

Refund requests made within 7 days of purchase may be considered if the service has not been substantially used.
Refunds are granted at SILIKAZI's sole discretion unless otherwise required by law.
