1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SILIKAZI website and the purchase of our electronics, web hosting and software development services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Products & pricing
All product prices are shown in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Product images are for illustration. We make every effort to display accurate stock availability, but availability is confirmed at the time of order. All electronics are genuine and carry the manufacturer's warranty.
3. Orders & quotations
A quotation does not constitute a binding contract until confirmed in writing by both parties. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order. For business and bulk orders, payment terms will be agreed during quotation.
4. Payments
We accept M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money and bank transfer. Hosting and software services may be billed monthly, annually or per project as agreed. Services are activated once payment is confirmed.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. We deliver within Dar es Salaam and upcountry across Tanzania. Risk passes to the customer on delivery. Delivery charges, where applicable, are confirmed at checkout or in your quotation.
6. Hosting services
Hosting plans are subject to fair-use and acceptable-use policies. We target 99.9% uptime under our service-level agreement. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to eligible shared hosting plans.
7. Software development
Software projects are governed by a separate project agreement covering scope, milestones, deliverables and intellectual property. Changes to agreed scope may affect timelines and cost. Support and maintenance terms are defined per project.
8. Warranty & returns
Electronics carry the manufacturer's warranty. Returns are accepted for faulty goods in line with applicable Tanzanian consumer law and the manufacturer's terms. Please contact our support team before returning any item.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SILIKAZI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service.
