You grant SILIKAZI a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely for providing the service.
6. Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements that temporarily affect availability.
7. Intellectual Property
The SILIKAZI software, website, trademarks, logos, and related content are owned by SILIKAZI TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Fail to pay subscription fees
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive activities
You may terminate your account at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SILIKAZI shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits
- Loss of business opportunities
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Data loss resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the preceding 12 months.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SILIKAZI harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Tanzania.
